Classes

Infinite Bliss teachers create classes designed from a variety of styles providing a unique experience for students of all levels. Each class lasts 1.25 hours (except The Practice). Classes are focused, challenging and tailored for the level of the group of students in the room at any given time.

It's important to remember that yoga is an investment of time. You will see dramatic changes in your physical body very soon, but in order to see lasting effects, please allow yourself to think of yoga as a journey rather than working toward a destination.

We are pleased to offer a complementary first class for Basics, Prenatal, or Baby Bliss.
(Our First Class Free Policy will officially expire on May 31, 2008. Thereafter, First Class Free will apply only to Basics, Prenatal, and Baby Bliss.)
