Join John Murphy as we share the timeless
tradition of sacred dance. No musical or dance experience
required! Participants join hands forming a circle, the leader
teaches the sacred phrase (from many world traditions), melody,
and movements for each Dance. Most Dances are only four lines
long and repeated many times, so learning is quick and easy.
The mood of the Dances is infinitely variable, evoking feelings
of love, joy, peace, compassion and ecstasy.

PLEASE be responsible: if you sign up for a workshop and we
lovingly hold that space for you, please be considerate and
attend.
